We strive to provide the highest quality items to our customers.  All items are described in detail with multiple photos and are sold in the condition as presented.  There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Cancellations

If you change your mind, cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of order completion.  Please contact customer service at info@in2retro.com as soon as possible.  

3. Damages and Issues

3.1 Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at info@in2retro.com with next steps.
